We have an intriguing feature at checkout called the "Custom Shipping Quote" option. While it may seem unusual, it serves some key purposes:
1. It's provided as an option for customers who prefer to use their own shipping accounts.
2. Our shipping software can sometimes glitch (especially if you order a variety of different parts), leading to imprecise shipping quotes. By having the custom quote feature, we can manually verify and ensure you receive the most competitive shipping rates.
We know it's a bit different, but we're all about giving you the best bang for your buck on shipping, even if it takes a bit more time to process.
